All dates mentioned herein are subject to modification based on official notifications issued by Davangere University or the Govt of Karnataka.

Festival Dates Uncertainty
Festival holidays marked with (*) such as Eid-ul-Fitr, Eid-ul-Adha, and Ugadi are subject to official moon-sighting and District Magistrate order.

Monthly Meetings Policy
Staff & HOD meetings are mandatorily scheduled on the 1st working day of every calendar month at 10:30 AM in the Board Room.

NSS Camp Regulation
The 6-day NSS Special Camp (Jan 18–23) requires prior approval from Davangere University NSS Coordinator; student attendance is recognized.

Annual Events Management
Annual Sports (May 7–8) and Annual Day (May 14) are scheduled prior to closing on May 15th to ensure completion of classes before exams.

Exam Eligibility & IA Marks
Internal Assessment marks & 75% attendance shortage lists must be uploaded to the Davangere University portal on or before May 15th, 2027.
